Over 580 delegates from Lettings Agencies across the UK attended the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) annual conference at the London Hilton Metropole Hotel yesterday, meeting together to hear inspirational and entertaining presentations from speakers offering valuable advice on improving business performance and achieving personal goals and ambitions, to network with other industry professionals, and to view the exhibition of innovative products and services available to power their business forward.

ARLA is a professional membership and regulatory body for letting agents and letting agencies in the UK formed to promote standards in this important sector of the property industry. ARLA members adhere to the highest standards for their landlords and tenants, standards which we at TBL support and encourage in all our client and customer relations.

This year, ARLA 2013 saw a record-breaking attendance by delegates, and once again, Technology Blueprint (TBL) sent a team to the exhibition space in the impressive West Wing of the Hilton Hotel. Meeting business leaders, our customers, many of their managers, and generating huge interest among many of the delegates who do not already use our software and services, TBL presented the complete PropCo Enterprise property management, lettings, and client accounting solution with a live demo system combining PropCo Core, PropCo Web, and PropCo Mobile, as well as representing TBL’s impressive Business Process Outsourcing team.

With a 50″ Monitor running a special presentation on the features and value of PropCo Software, and three dedicated screens displaying PropCo Web, PropCo Core, and PropCo Mobile, in addition to a pair of iPads so delegates could get hands on with our systems, TBL created a considerable impact. Our location, next to one of our Insurance partners, Endsleigh Insurance and just over from our eSignture Integration partners DocuSign, was prime, and the enthusiasm generated by our presentation was great in introducing new customers to our innovative solutions

Over the course of the day, the team also had the opportunity to meet with customers from across our portfolio, many of whom left our stand convinced of the power of the complete software solution and eager to sign up for PropCo Web and PropCo Mobile.

Account Managers met with clients in informal settings, over a coffee or a cup of tea, and our Board were able to connect with business leaders across the hall. We even had time for some of our competitors, none of whom had a product to compare with PropCo Mobile.
