Responding to their clients requests for even easier and more direct access to their rental accounts and property documentation, Romans Lettings have introduced a Landlords Account Area to their website, one which allows unique secure logins for their clients.
The Landlords Account proves the effectiveness of the complete technology solution sought out and implemented by Romans in the past few years.
Landlords can review the history of their accounts, check individual payments from tenants or to contractors, update personal details, download statements, invoices, EPC certificates, property visit reports and other documents, all from the comfort of their own homes, or wherever they are online.
As Lettings Director Peter Fuller explains:
